Vocational Diploma/High general General Diploma

Work experience related to construction inspection of Tank or Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger or Piping or Civil or Steel Structure.

Can use English to communicate well.

Knowledge of Drawing, Knowledge International code standard, Welding symbol, Non-destructive Testing

Responsibilities

Study and understand the design, inspection procedures and assigned work requirements.

Review and monitor construction activity schedule including the analysis of costs, progress and other productivity data.

Prepare a non-destructive inspection map form using radiation.

Prepare appropriate tools for inspecting raw materials and inspecting products during production, Including ensuring that the tools are in perfect condition and calibrated before use.

Inspect the receipt of raw materials and welding wire before production to prevent raw materials that do not meet the standards and requirements. Into the production process check the storage and drying of welding wire or flux before use during use.

Inspect the product production process inspect the product during production according to the inspection procedures specified in Inspection plan.

Verify qualified welders who can weld according to the requirements of each job.

Check the suitability of equipment used in product production.

Verify product testing according to requirements.

Prepare inspection report according to items 3 and 4 above.

Check the list. Sending products to match the list.

Prepare documents in accordance with ISO 9001 and TIS/OHSAS 18001 systems.

Progress reports problems and propose solutions to the Quality Assurance Manager. Prepare reports of non-conformities and follow up on corrections.
