More than 5 years experiences for quality control in Tank or Pressure Vessel or Heat Exchanger or Piping or Civil or Steel Structure

Experiences in interpret codes requirement in English version

Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001

Good command in English

Knowledge of Drawing, International code standard, Welding symbol, NDE

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

Tracking of data and Knowledge of inspection standards for use in the development of quality systems.

Perform audits and tracking quality system in accordance with ISO 9001 and TIS/OHSAS 18001 system.

Raw Material

Specify the properties of raw materials before order.

Reviewed Raw Material Certificate from manufacturing.

Inspection/ Quality Control

Attended Kick of Meeting and Pre Inspection Meeting.

Preparing inspection and test plan the production process of the product according to international standards and customer specifications.

Preparing all Inspection procedure such as Inspection and test for Fabrication procedure, Inspection and test for Installation procedure, Pressure Test Procedure etc.

Consolidate and record technical data including Non-conformance report and Corrective action request.

Coordinating with customer for quality and technical.

Respond to and resolve customer complaints.

Preparing reports on customer complaints.

Measurements Equipment

Review calibration result of Measurements Equipment.

Preparing work instruction for review calibration result of Measurements Equipment.

Preparing work instruction for Inspection tools.

Personnel management and others

Preparing/ revised and control Quality Manual in accordance with ISO 9001and TIS/OHSAS 18001 system.

Preparing/ revised and control Quality control Manual in accordance with ASME Code stamp.

Coordinate the implementation of the requirements of the ASME Code and Quality Manual in the production process correctly at all stages [Code STAMP case]

Coordinate the implementation of the requirements of the International Standard Code in the production process correctly at all stages such as API, ASME Sec II, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec VIII, B31.1, B31.3, NB-23, ISO 9001, etc [None Code STAMP case].

Reviewed Material Certificate [MDR] from manufacturing.

Preparing and control FROM Manufacturer Data Report [U-1, U-2, U-1A, etc] and or, The national Board Electronic Data transfer system [EDT].

Coordinate with Authorized Inspector [AI] and related department to audit for renewal ASME [U/U2/S/PP], R stamp and NB Certificate.

Participate Pre-Qualifications.

Preparing inspection document for bidding.

Participate in internal audit ISO system.

Consolidate and record KPI department

Responsible according to the requirements under TIS/OHSAS 18001.

Responsible according to the requirements under ISO 14001.
